Access Radio show for queer youth
Hey everyone! I just stumbled upon this community and thought that you might be interested to hear about a project I've recently become involved with.

Wellington Access Radio [783 am] has a segment called YouthZone. A few weeks ago, myself and three other queer youth from School's Out [support group in central Wellington and the Hutt] were asked to take part in an offshoot of YouthZone, aimed at queer youth. We had our first show today - it was messy and nervewracking, but so worth it!

Anyway, the point of this post it this - next Tuesday [14th of July] at 3.30 until 5.00, we're gonna be on again, talking about whatever's on our minds, playing some music, giving a review of the UniQ ball and possibly having a visit from our School's Out facilitators, Hannah and Brendan! We'd love it if you could tune in and have a listen. We also have an email address [queeryouthonaccess@gmail.com], so if you can think of any issues we should address or any events coming up or wanna know when the next show will be or whatever, flick us an email xD

That's essentially it - oh, and I'll be posting news about the show on my lj, so if you wanna keep tabs on things, feel free to friend me or message me or whatevs!
